????Graphene transisting static electricity tire smart production line of the Qingdao Sentury Tire Ltd has recently been put into production in Jimo of Qingdao. As the world’s first such line, the production line means graphene mass applied in the tire industry for the 1st time.
????The production line is jointly built by the Qingdao Sentury Tire Ltd and Qingdao Hua Gao Ink Polytron Technologies Ltd. The two parties cooperate tightly based on high quality graphene offered by Hua Gao and unique smelting technologies and world class industry 4.0 tire manufacturing line offered by Sentury, and graphene transiting static electricity tire is put into mass production for the 1st time in the world.
????The tire is known to adopt graphene and colloid compound modification manufacturing technologies and conquered existing problems of static electricity-proof technology of pull-type vehicle such as sparkling, easy to grind, easy to fall off, and hard to transit static electricity of the car body, the tire connects to the ground with surface which can transit static electricity, which can be transited from the car body in all time, continuously and reliably.
????According to officials of Qingdao Sentury, the product is under trial production, it is planned to produce 5 million in the 1st 5 years, and 10 million will be produced in the 2nd phase of 5 years.
