????The Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology and the Cooperation Department under the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology has recently signed the Cooperation Agreement on Co-constructing Scientific and Technological Diplomatist Technological Transfer Service Platform. Qingdao will utilize over 140 scientific and technological diplomatists employed by the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology in over 40 countries to realize the local transformation and industrialization of a batch of internationally advanced scientific and technological achievements in Qingdao.
????According to the agreement, Qingdao will utilize the service of scientific and technological diplomats, treat the overseas science and technology projects recommended by Chinese embassies in foreign countries as technological resources and the cooperation demands of domestic enterprises and research institutes as the source of demand. By building up the Scientific and Technological Diplomatist Technological Transfer Service Platform in Qingdao, it will open up international cooperation channels for Qingdao science and technology-oriented enterprises, universities and research institutes, conduct exchanges and cooperation in science and technology with foreign institutions. The newly established platform will gradually attract internationally advanced technology transfer service intermediary institutions, famous research and development institutions, high-end talents, and their teams and technology-based enterprises to Qingdao.
