????As a national multi-method joint transportation model project and the only internationalized land hub of cargo railway in Shandong province, the CRIntremodal Qingdao central station is growing to become the interconnected comprehensive trade hub of Jiaozhou based on regional advantage of two strategies, including Key Knot City in One Belt One Road New Eurasian Land Bridge Economic Corridor and Pivot City of Marine Cooperation Strategy, as well as high efficient and unique operation mode. In addition, Jiaozhou also makes great efforts in building multi-method joint transportation logistics hub involved port, railway, road and air based on Qingdao Chuanhua road port and Jiaodong international airport air logistics system under planning.
????“Fast growth of marine-land-air multi-method joint transportation enhanced distribution efficiency of cargo import and export. In the future we plan to build railway international logistics park and build comprehensive duty-free zone in airport neighboring area based on Jiaodong international airport to quicken industry development of air logistics to establish One Belt One Road multi-method interconnected comprehensive trade hub and enhance its role as a regional logistics hub,” according to officials of Jiaozhou city.
