At the appointed time the lanterns are hanged along the way,artists from all over the nation demonstrate the performance such as walking on stilts, dragon lantern dance,lion dance and all kinds of vaudevilles. The vendors gathered here from all over Qingdao and there are a huge crowd. A variety of native products,daily general merchandise,folk arts and crafts, typical local dish, especially a variety of green radish spread all over the high streets and back lanes. In recent years, the fair holds the on-site sculpturing green radish competitions and radish sculpture exhibition.
