          Dear Mr. Lo,

          老建榮先生:

          I received a letter from your firm still saying you need me to refund the money and I am repeating telling that if I have given the chance for your staff/your agent to ask the doctor to decide approving the case or not and I have been told the case is approved after investigation. If you tell me I am not covered before admission to hospital, I will choose not to do the surgery or go to public room/ public hospital or choose my work insurance to claim.

          我收到貴公司的來(lái)信,還繼續(xù)要求我退款。我也多次說(shuō)過(guò)我是否給過(guò)你們員工/代理機(jī)會(huì)讓醫(yī)生同意這個(gè)案子。我也被告知這個(gè)案子在經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)查后已經(jīng)被通過(guò)了。如果你在我入院之前告訴我保險(xiǎn)不能報(bào)銷(xiāo)費(fèi)用,那我會(huì)選擇公里醫(yī)院或者用我的公司保險(xiǎn)來(lái)報(bào)銷(xiāo)。

          1) Until we receive the refund, the hospital bills belong to us, not you. We do not hold any of your receipt and have nothing to return to you.

          在12月27日19:52我公司的門(mén)戶網(wǎng)站接到關(guān)于人民幣存款的投訴,被投訴人是我。投訴訊息是:“***,你的事情全HSCB都知道了,好玩嗎?請(qǐng)一定轉(zhuǎn)給東亞銀行[28.30 -1.39%]的***先生!”投訴人是匯豐人壽為我安排的客服專(zhuān)案經(jīng)理。

          接到騷擾后,我會(huì)跟我們的相關(guān)法律部門(mén)和我個(gè)人的律師研究一下,這是否是一個(gè)違規(guī)與騷擾個(gè)人與銀行的行為,并保留我的權(quán)利與有關(guān)方面作出進(jìn)一步的投訴、申訴和起訴等可能性的行動(dòng)。

          我重申,這本是我個(gè)人與匯豐人壽商議與溝通的事情,但我看到匯豐人壽用這樣的方式把個(gè)人的事情騷擾到我的公司,我認(rèn)為是非常不道德的。
